front fender replacement price?
Are you asking......
1. What an OEM Honda fender costs brand new?
2. What it costs to have it installed?
3. And then have it painted?
4. How do you want it painted? You can have it painted for $50, or you can have it professionally done and blended into the bumper, door, and hood for probably well over $1000.

over 1000 dollars huh? ur a bit too crazie wit that price ... price of a fender around 75-100 bux go to a paint place to get it painted and have it painted oem color 100 or so have it matched with ur color 150ish probably so total few hundred... try to find the fender in ur color so u save 100-150
the cheapest (and perhaps easiest) solution would be to find someone here in the classifieds forum who is selling fenders near you. i've seen them go for cheap (under $150 for both sides). if you're lucky you'll find someone who is selling a pair (or one) for a decent price that already matches your car color, so no need to get it painted, just install! check your local junkyards too, they might have one.

I'm saying it COULD be. A few of my friends work at reputable paint shops. They all give the same speech to customers.
They can paint a fender/hood/anything for $50 if that's what they want. It'll look fine and they will offer a warranty on the work. However, to a good eye, it won't perfectly match the surrounding body panels.
If the body panel is blended to the panels around it, it costs SIGNIFICANTLY more. Up to $500-1000 PER BODY PANEL blended into.

the $1000 guy was right, checked a whole bunch of body shops and they're all asking between 900-1200

But remember, ANY body shop can do it cheaply for you if that's what you want. They will simply match it to a body peice, for example, you can remove the gas door and they will match it to that.
Should be VERY cheap. $100 or so. Keep in mind, this is without removal or installation. You can do that yourself if you want to keep it cheap.

installation is tedious but simple.
