AFAIK stock/OEM spring seats will work fine. I don't think there are many choices for aftermarket spring seats. If they were needed then the companies would be producing them.

Is there a reason you don't have stock springs in your cyl. head now?

Ever since my little broken valve spring incident. I didnt think that the seats would be in this bad of a shape, they were completely grinded down, thats why im asking.

If the seats were ground down, that meant the material of the springs were too hard. On stock Honda cyl. heads the retainer dig's into the spring meaning the the retainer is harder than the stock springs.

The answer is obvious, get some spring seats. They are probably like $2.50 a piece. Not to bad.
