My friend recently purchased a del sol with a Type R steering wheel. He found out the horn was not working. He relized it was not connceted. There are 2 wires with female connenctors coming from the steering wheel and the horn has male plugs. I thought that those 2 wires connected to the horn but the previous owner keeps saying that there are wires somewhere in the dash that needs to connect to the wires with the female connectors then after that you connect to the horn. Please let me know if that is correct? I need to know ASAP so I can pass the safety inspection. Here is a pic of the steering wheel.
