Aright: D16Z6 head on the way... What next?
Already searched this one here, google, and hotbot, and could find what I was looking for:
Aright I am getting ready to buy a D16Z6 head, and plan on building up a D-Series motor in a 92-95 Civic Hatch. My first choice would be to buy a shell without any motor in it at all, so I can buy exactly what I want. But if I find a deal on a beat up DX, VX, or CX or something, Ima definetly go with that and just use the blocks already in the car (D15B7 for the DX, D15B8 for the CX, and D15Z1 for the VX) Good idea or bad?.
My question is, if things go my way and I end up with a shell and a D16Z6 head, what bottom end should I get? Definetly want to eventually turbo it, and am aiming for 200hp eventually (lol it'll be an extended project). Just gimme your opinions, and if you need any information on my plans for the car or whatever to give me the best opinion, just ask. Thanks in advance...
