Default sure fire way to tell if a brake caliper is sticking?

i think one of my rear calipers is sticking a little bit.
sometimes when i am on a slight incline and release the parking brake the car doesn't roll. also, sometimes when i am moving slowly in first or second gear, as soon as i let off the gas, the car feels like someone just stepped hard on the brake petal.

sound like a stuck caliper to anyone else?

also, how exactly do i check to find which one is the culprit?

Coasting slowly is a good way, you'll feel the dragging if you pay attention. It's especially noticable when the car finally comes to a stop.

The only absolute way is lift the car & turn the wheels by hand. Do that even when you don't think it's dragging, so you know how much drag is normal.
