Would a 95 Civic Si SOHC 5 speed transmission fit a stock 2000 Civic CX motor or do i have to use the same tranny from the exact same motor? Which tranny could i use with the 2000 CX motor?

yes it will fit.....any 92-00 civic d-series tranny can be used....

Someone is selling me this tranny and i dont know what its suppose to look like. Just so that i dont get ripped off into buying some old cable tranny, how can you tell that it really is a 95 Si tranny? What can i look at to tell them apart? How big is a tranny anyways?
