i have a 93 teg mine squeaks a tiny bit...i think it's normal...

Grease the ball & socket where the slave cylinder pushes against the throw-out fork. Maybe you can get some grease into the t-o-fork pivot? Maybe a little grease inside the slave piston boot?

Ive pretty much replaced my entire clutch system(fluid, clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch, bearing, greased fork, lubed pedal, etc) and mine still squeaks some days.....
