Lookin for a header...
So I'm just wondering what the best header is for an integra?? I don't know too much about them so i was also wonderin whats the difference between a ceramic and steel header?? I know i probably need a 4-2-1 header, but what brand?? DC??
I just wanna know who makes the best, and also who makes the best for the price??

personally i would go with a 4-1 w/ a 2.5" collector, but it all depends on where you want to make your power. 4-2-1's will give you more mid end power whereas a 4-1 will give you more top end. But i think you would see a little more horsepower gain witha 4-1 that has 2.5" collector
if you want a 4-2-1

$169
if you want a 4-1

$269
buy them here! only $250 for the 4-1 here, and he can get anything you want.

i have a ceramic coated DC 4-2-1 header that i can no longer use...i'm definitely in the market to get rid of it. Has some oil on it from where my engine blew, but now that i have a turbo it won't fit....but it makes good power

General consensus is that the DC Sports JDM 4-1 offers the best "bang for the buck".

A truly well-designed header will provide both. The old concept of "4-2-1 for low/midrange and 4-1 for top-end" is really no longer very valid or accurate.

but it really depends what you want to do with your car. How much power are you expecting to make, then you can go on to decide what size header you need. From there you can decide on the brande

Well, i wanna make the most power possible of course!! But i do plan to lower the car so if a 4-1 will reduce ground clearance then i wanna stay away from that. Oh also i'm wanna keep my stock cat if possible. Not permanently but for a while...so something that will fit that is important.

you probably don't want a jdm header if you want your stock cat. i think you'll need a new cat for that 2.5 collector. someone correct me if i'm wrong?
what kind of car do you have? gsr? i'd recommend a 421 header. my gsr lags on the low end, but kills on the top.
