Going new coilover setup, your input on spring rates please........

I have a 95 EJ1, motor swapped, all the suspension stuff, etc.
My coupe weighs as much or more than your average GSR (don't ask, I like my creature comforts)
My question is.....
There are 2 spring rates available, would you go with....
7k front, 3k rear
OR
8k front, 6k rear???
I'm thinking 7/3, and then adjusting the damper force to suit my needs at the track, but soft enough for everyday driving.
Any input???
