HIR headlight bulbs!
In case ya'll havent heard, I'm passing this on to ya. Just tried these out for myself and they rawk!
Basically, these lights are OEM and come on the dodge viper, new camry's, new nissan maxima's, etc. HIR stands for "Halogen InfraRed" and it basically means the bulbs have this coating that reflects infrared light back to the filament and it heats it up to produce double the light output, but draw is still the same.
So, if you have a car that uses 9005 or 9006, then you can use these with a lil modification. If you remember the 9005 headlight mod i posted to make them work in 9006 sockets, then you're gonna LOVE this mod! (since you will have extrmely bright bulbs without risking damage to your lighting system)
Well enough words, if you want to learn more, check out this link http://www.hirheadlights.com
Here's a photo of the lights on my car, please note that the high beams are HIR 9011 bulbs @ 65 watts with longer running life than stock bulbs (300 hours compared to 225 hours) and the Fog light bulbs are Phillips Rallye 100 WATT bulbs with a running life of ONLY 100 hours! Both put out the same amount of light. (about 2500 lumens)

Needless to say, its FREAKING BRIGHT!!! Cost PER BULB is about $30 from the link i gave you. (i got mine from there already modded to fit 9005/ 9006 respectively) So at $60 a pair, these will put to shame PIAA bulbs with ease... considering PIAA bulbs can cost up to $90 or so. I love these bulbs, just wish I can use em for low beams... to those who can ENJOY!
