Depends on how much you want to spend, but Custom Auto Body in Clairemont did some excellent work on my bumper about a year ago. It was 250 for the whole bumper, and was an exact match to an aftermarket paint job.
What if the car was repainted. I bought a teg 5 months ago and i can tell it was repainted. I tried to take off the stipid moldings from the wheel well and could tell where the new clear coat ended. Anyhow now what would I do cuz im planning on buying a lipthis weekend and getting it painted. What if the new paint isnt the exact shade as the old??? You know a scenario like that? Any ideas?

A quality paint shop should be able to match it. When I had my bumper repainted, I left them my gas filler door to match up, and they got it right.

I don't know what the situation would be for the rear lip and it also depends on the color and time its been exposed to the elements, but I know that my body guy said to paint match my jdm front they would have to paint 1/2 to 3/4's(which isn't much on a crx) of the way to blend it really well, which makes it more expensive.
I don't think that would be required for the lip, I just thought I'd point out that sometimes they need to paint back to blend it and they may have to repaint some of your bumper. Making it more expensive.
Another suggestion I would have is to have a smaller guy spray it straight VSM, or maybe even duplicolor it because I've seen plenty of duplicolored lips come out looking really good, and I think there are writups on H-T. Save your money and maybe think about getting a full body paintjob in the near future, I think thats what I would do at this point but thats because my paint has plenty of flaws.
