Default Apexi N1 Installation

Yo, I went ahead and bought an Apexi N1 exhaust to replace my POS Magnaflow. Will the N1 bolt right on just like the Magnaflow did with hangers? Will it come with absolutely everything like flanges? All I basically have to do is bolt the pipes together and put them on the hangers right? Help please, I want to save the $50 installation.

Do all N1's jut up at an angle? Like where the pipe meets the muffler...is that lower than the tip? God I hope not.

I have the N1 Apex exhaust, just a hint, the piping straight after the catalytic converter is supposed to hang down just a little bit so doing freak out on defect. Also, the bend between the side of the gas tank and the wheel will touch. To prevent this, there is another hanger that you can use to push the piping away from the exhaust. Other than that, the exhaust is great. For maintenence with really bad dirt and grime, use Neverdull by Eagle One. In it, contains a compressed cloth diluted in a cleaning solvent that will make your exhaust shine like new. BTW, it will also clean they carbon buildup in the exhaust tip. Make sure you use gloves when you do this.
