One quick question about a lude
Hey guys whats up, I already own a lude, but my friend wants one now after a ride in mine
. So we've been looking and we found a 97' 5th gen non-sh. The body is in perfect condition no damage what so ever, just the paint on the hood is alittle faded. It has a 5 speed, no grinds in any gears, ingages perfectly. Its all stock. The car has 116,000 highway miles and was owned by a women driver who was around 50 years old, so im guessing they were easy miles. She is asking $5,000. I think he should jump on this, what do you guys think? And at 116,000 miles what are the basic maintenance things he should do once he gets it, such as belts, water pump, stuff like that. Thanks in advance for all opinions and answers.

Thats a great price, he should def. jump on that quick. I would do a tune-up with belts,
water pump etc. if I bought a car w/ that many miles. It may not be necessary though if it was driven its whole life by a 50 year old woman w/ mostly highway miles.
