The frame & swingarm reminds me of the new Bimota DB5.

Very nice bike. Very expensive if it is by Benilli since Ducati supplies the motors in them!

Ducati doesn't make inline motors; this Benelli isn't powered by Ducati.

Could be Bimota that has the Ducati engines. I was just reading about that in the latest Motorcyclist issue. I might be wrong. As far as triples go, maybe a Triumph engine?

sounds like they are using thier own engine in it, 1130cc triple. hooligan bike for sure

the engine has an odd function:

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">An important innovation in the motor: as in all of the TNT model year 2005 versions, The Café Racer offers the possibility of modifying motor functions by simply pressing a lighted button on the dash support. The engine control unit can be switched between free power and controlled power for better control of the motorcycle in poor traction conditions. This also guarantees a decrease in fuel consumption of 10-20% depending on driving style and on the road.

The free power configuration makes it possible to fully enjoy the torque features and motor power, while the controlled power configuration makes it possible to enjoy using the bike easily in the city, even on asphalt with poor traction, either alone or with a passenger, without stress. </TD></TR></TABLE>

i want this one

the earlier bimotas used TL1000 motors...suprise. its JDM yo! but the bimota your prolly reffering to is the tesi which does have a duc heart. the bike with front and rear swingarm, right.

It is on the Benelli US website. We might get it here. Probably cost more than a DUC though....

Why the 3ft mud flap? And why can't I get a good naked bike with a decent looking front headlight assembly? Ignoring the headlight, awesome looking bike.

With the exception of the 2-stroke V-DUE, Bimota always used donor motors, whether it be Rotax single, Ducati/Suzuki twins, or Suzuki/Yamaha inline fours.
