Hi everyone, I just bought an integra LS, and in a mad rush to get it hooked up with a bunch of nice performance parts, I somehow managed to order GSR headers by accident. I payed $280 for them, but I understand I will probably lose a little bit on them, so I will accept a reasonable offer. They are still brand new, never used of course. The box has only been opened once, and that was to check and make sure they were not damaged from shipping when I received them, which they were not. From what I understand, the 1 piece 4-2-1 headers are the best all-around street headers, giving lots of midrange power without the scraping issues that 4-1 headers have. These are a better option if you have a daily driver and want power without banging on speed bumps.

I just realized that a lot of scamming goes on here, which is maybe why I have gotten no responses as a new member... I am not used to that because I have been a member of 3SI.org for awhile and it's a comparatively smaller club and everyone is pretty much nice and straight forward so there's not a lot of mistrust, but if it makes anyone more comfortable, I have been on their forum for awhile and have a good rep there. I have the same Username there. Lemme know man, I know someone wants some GSR headers dammit!

your not getting responses b/c your story makes no sense. that header will fit on your car. the headers are the same... it is the intake mani that is different!

 

wait... if they fit both then why does DC sell different models for the LS/RS/GS and then the GSR? Plus, I asked a guy at a local shop if it would fit, because I thought the LS was the same just without vtec and with lower compression (I am still a newb to Integras) and he told me that they would not fit, that there were differences between the two. Can someone set me straight on this please? I am now very confused.

lol thats 100% wrong because the GSR header (94-99) is completely different from the 94-01 LS header, but the 00-01 GSR header is the same as the 94-01 LS header. The 94-99 GSR header has no 02 sensor in the header and is too short to reach the catalyic convertor on the LS chasis

Acutally, you are both right. The thing is if you want to bolt it on to a gsr, you have to buy some o2 sensor bungs to get welded in (in the correct spot(s)) and if you have 02 sensor sockets that you don't have to use, buy a bung plug. You would have to have the pipe from your cat to the header extended/shortened so that it could reach. Any muffler shop could do it. it's not that hard. Common sense.
