Default 5spd tranny is crap when cold, any suggestions?

HI, I have a 2000 Base lude 5spd, and everymorning when I start the car, reguardless if I let it warm up or not it's hard to shift into 1,2,3 gears. and when downshifting to these gears I have to double clutch or is grinds slightly. When the tranny warms up, or when I drive for like 5-10minutes in gear, everything smoothens out and it shifts perfectly.

I bought the car when it had 73K I changed the oil with HOnda MTF at 73K now it's at 76K.

MY QUESTION:

Should I replace the tranny fluid with GM Syncromesh Friction Modified? or is there some other alternative that I can do.

Thanks in Advance

Maybe give a full synthetic trans fluid a try, such as motul. I have used pennzoil synchromesh in my trans, and cold shifting problems are no more. But i plan on trying the motul fluid when it is time to replace the fluid.
