time for new brakes....
will the vtec pads and rotors fit on my 92 si i recently swaped the h22 in and was wondering would the extra stoping power from the vtec model 1's be worth the troubles of swaping them out and woul dit be a direct buy and swap or would i need a bunch of stuff?
It is not necessary for you to "upgrade" your current brake system to VTEC. All you need to do is make sure you get a nice set of pads and good tires. That is ALL you need.

with the extra speed from the swap, if you were in a track situation, the VTEC setup may help prevent fade and excessive heat buildup, but andy is right in that it won't help you stop quicker.
bigger brakes = less fade, bigger brakes do NOT = shorter stopping distances.

better pads + sticky tires = better braking.
oh yeah, dont spend like 100 dollar on a rotor when you dont need one..
to brembo blanks. i would of had gotten autozone blanks, but they dont make them for 93 si's
