what kind of management do you plan on running with that because you will need alot of tuning and fuel
is the motor assembled if not i would put a coating on the piston tops
i personally wouldn't go that higt of a shot but its not me

damn dood, i wouldnt squeeze at all on that setup....thats alot of stress on your stock rods...and even more stress on your rings...your already putting alot of stress on your rings as it is.. i guarantee if you dont shoot a rod out the side of the block on a mis shift your rings are gonna be gone by the fifth full bottle of nitrous on a 75 shot...you could squeeze prolly a 35 shot a "few" times but its not worth the hassle of connecting everything....this is my opinion dont bash me for it

i agree but if he is set on doing it get it tuned properly and have some control of the nitrous there will be alot of heat in your motor so you will need some fuel

Keep it at a 50 shot with those stock cast pistons. Of course you can run a 75, although one day you'll probably hear a loud boom..lol If you had forged internals and some way to tune it, 75 would be fine, but if your not going to tune it and your running cast pistons, be prepared for the worst. Every one of my friends who have tried to run more that a 50 shot un-tuned have messed up rings or valves within the first 6months to a year. One even took care of 2 rings after 5k on a brand new LS6..lol

A 75 WET shot is fine. You need your motor tuned well and need to know thats running good without the nitrous. the wet kit will take care of most of the tuning for the nitrous as long as your timing is right. i recomment getting a wideband so you know where you are at for a/f ratio anyways to be safe. i recomment the plx without a database, its cheap easy and a good unit. also get the Jacob's mastermind nitrous controller so you can set your timing, have a nitrous cut so your not tapping rev limiter while spraying. also get a VAFC incase with the nitrous you are running a little lean then you can somewhat tune it to run alright. nitrous isnt any worse than a turbo as long as you make sure you have a good a/f ratio and tuning. i would prolly run a 50 shot right away so your motor kind of gets use to the nitrous and you get use to it as well once you get use to it and understand it well you can change to a 75 shot. also one thing you are going to need is to change your plugs to colder ones. the stock ones wont handle it. check the plugs often to make sure you are not detonating at all. a lot of people do not understand nitrous and have seen or heard about people blowing their **** up because they dont know how to manage it or run it, that is why alot of people will knock on it or hate it. search a little on nitrous and look for yourself. if you talk to people that run nitrous and was or is successfull with it they will say the same thing. but often you will get the people that just hear things or just dont like it so they knock on it. also you get alot of people that dont know what they are doing and just put a 75 shot on their car without searching and figuring out what they need to do to maintain the nitrous and blow up their motor. plust a lot of the time people use dry shots and dont add any extra fuel to their motor and thats why people get lean and detonate. with your wet shot you should be alright but get a wideband and keep eye on it and VAFC to tune a little. hope this helps you and anyone else. if you have any other questions just pm me or email me and i will answer back with some help

I agree with sprayinR21, The only problem down the line is your rings are gonnna wear hella fast, Tuned right it will not blow, but this wont stop the rings from wearing down alot faster..especially having such high compression and nitrous together on cast pistons/oe rings..
My B16 ran hard with a single fogger 75 NX set up i hit a 12.8@ 110 with a shitty sixty foot (2.3) I ran like 10 bottles no detonation or anything, But after all that nitrous, the engine's compression is ****..like 120-150psi compared to 200+ all across it had before......I tell you what though, I loved hitting the switch, and i dont have regrets at all with that nitrous use..Good Luck

before i read all the replies i was going to say that ur compression is a little high to be usin a 75 shot of nos.

after readin them i think the same thing, but realize u may not be worried about longevity.

what ur sayin can def be done, realize though, that u will need more then average tuning, and ur gonna be rippin down the block to redo the rings a lot earlier then i would want to. but, if thats what u wanna do: go for it!

i actually ran a 12.99..lol barely a 12, on a 75-80 shoot with a stock 91 b16a....that was like 2 races only...i didnt blow but instead i just figure i would have if i did it again...that was more that 50% of my whp and it was a dry system...a little stupid but i was having fun..

If you are trying to have that motor for awhile, i would get better internals or lower that shoot down to 50...and at least get a wet system if your going to shoot over 50. Nothing beats squeezing off the line..lol...
