first, it was when i make a big left or right turn at a low speed (3mph), it was making that metal robbing noise, now everytime i move the steering wheel, it's makes the noise...

power steering fluid is still full.

 

Have you tried swearing at it, or giving it a good kick! Sometimes it just needs a good talking to.

So if you're sitting still, and turn the steering wheel, it makes the noise?

 

when cold, my steering makes a weird noise when fully-almost fully cut to one side. It makes like a whoo-whoo-whoo noise as i get on the gas until i recenter the wheel or let off the gas. I think something needs to be lubricated maybe the steering rack? either way, i never heard metal noise from my steering wheel...good luck

are your lug nuts tightened?

i changed my rotors, and i swear i torqued it down, a week later i'm driving and i hear something weird, when i turn right it clunks like no other, and as i'm driving and braking i can feel somethign vibrate through the pedal... I thought there was something jammed between the pad and rotor, and as i go to loosen the lug nuts to look, they just come off... tightened them up, no problem....
