I have a JDM F22B DOHC Non-Vtec engine and im am wondering wut things fit this engine.

*Specs
*Wut websites do stuff for this engine.
*is this a good engine
*could i put stuff from the h23 like Pistons,piston rods, piston rings
*wut could i put in the head of the F22B

Need some Ideas and comments fast thanks

 

In general, it's an H23 with an 85mm steel bore instead of an 87mm FRM bore. H23 bolt-ons will work. Search is your friend.
