I kinda wanna get some more comfortable seats 'cause I tend to slide forward too much. Have any of you tried these seats or know anyone with them?

They're not cheap so I wanted some opinions before I make my decision.

I heard they are very good seats but corbins customer service sucks.

Heard it through the grapevine

I hear alot of good things about Corbin. I haven't tried them out myself, but I wouldn't question their quality.

I have a Corbin seat on my piece. VERY NICE. My *** never hurts anymore on those 400+ mile rides. Takes a week or so to break in and get used to, and in that time, it may be worse than the stock seat, but it'll pass.

I didn't have a problem with Corbin customer service. Then again I didn't have a problem with the seat to really need to interact with them. I just called them up, told them my needs on a seat and they custom made it to my needs.

What I've heard about Corbin is that the owner screwed over their employees (or something to that effect). Granted, they make decent seats (I had one on my F3). But given that bit of info, I'd rather get/support Sargent.

Problem with Sargent is that they don't make seats for the 03-04 R6 (last I checked a couple of months ago) which is what it looks like Scarey has.

I just double checked - Sargent doesn't make seats for ANY Yamaha.

Aahhhhh, I didn't know that.

They do make seats for Yamahas, just not for models that most of us have ('cept Falcon).

corbins are GREAT aftermarket seats; in fact, they're the best. As for customer service, i tend to disagree with CBRF4i because they're located in Northern California and i have been to their location. They representatives there are excellent and care for your best interest when it comes to your ***.

then again, CBRF4i did mention customer service...i guess the people i talked to were sales or something.

Buy a bike that comes with a real seat and you wont have to add on a corbin...

My friend has one on his Suzuki and he loves it.

FYI

i have a corbin, its super comfy, no complaints.

i bet the reason sargent doenst have a seat is becuase they dont have a seat pan worked out. send them your stock seat and i bet they can make a seat out of the stock pan, its just a matter of taking the stock foam and covering off and replacing it with high density foam and better covering

I've always wanted to get one, but have been too damn cheap to fork over the cash.
