how do you get 6.5" speakers to fit in front door?
I have a 94 integra rs 3-dr and cannot figure out how to get the speakers i got for christmas to fit correctly. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks

ok, i understand that part, but the holes don't even come close to matching. Do I need to make some mounting rings or something to that effect.
From what I recall the door speakers are held on with three screws.. you're telling me your new speakers don't have provisions for a three screw configuration?
If anything you may be better off making your own trim ring/baffle.

I was in the same situation with my prelude. 6.5" inchers won't match the stock holes (which are spaced for like 5.5" or something). I drilled new ones, and made sure to get through the metal so the screws would have something substantial to hang on to.
Kind of a pain - you can't really see what you're doing to line the screws up with the new holes.
