My mostly stock EJ hatch
picked this up a couple of weeks ago. did the swap friday night. it is a b16 longblock with a gsr lsd tranny which i bought a 92 cx hatch to get the swap from. the car has very little done aside from the swap, tokico illuminas, H&R springs, and flat black slipstreams.

I can tell you from experience to get rid of the tranny for a stock B16A Hydro tranny or a ITR tranny. The gearing in the Sir-G/GS-R trannies are dogs unless you plan on boosting anytime soon.

yes it is the oem lsd. i don't think i would be able to stand it for to long without boost. i have a gsr block i intend on sending to be sleeved as soon as i recoupe from getting the car and the swap. no way i would go from a 420whp daily driven car to being happy with a b16
