I am running CTR cams/ITR valvetrain in my second gen B16a, and at the stock 5200rpm VTEC x-over, i don't get full power out of them.

Since the motor is run obd0, what are my options? I'd basically like to raise the crossover point to 5700rpm, and raise the redline to about 8700. How can I get the most out of my cams with this setup, without having to converty to obd1?

Cam gears, vafc to switch the x-over to around 5700-5800 and play with afr and a dyno session.

I have skunk2 cam gears, and I guess with a VAFC the x-over can be changed, but that still leaves the stock redline. is there a way to get rid of it?

 

 

Different program for the ecu is how you get rid of the rev-limiter or move it higher.

 

so you think a chipped ECU along with a VAFC would do the trick?
