Default wheels/tires?

i am gonna be ordering a set of 16in royal black gt3's in the near future. they are gonna be gettin put on my 96 gsr. 16x7 4x100 would be the correct wheel size? also i was reading alot of posts about which tires to get. alot of people say 205/45/r16 and alot say 215/45/r16. my car is lowered 1.75. i want the least wheel gap as possible. what tires u think i should go with?

215's will be a bit too wide and you will start rubbing the fender. i say stick with 205-45R-16's.. most popular size with 16's. also 16X7 will be fine and 4X100 bolt setting will be fine too.. might wanna go w/ a 40 or 42 offset. im not too sure bout offsets but someone will come in here and clarify that for you.

im lowered on 205-40R-17 which is standard for 17's on an integra/honda and i get no rubbing, and im 2" dropped, rear tires tuck in a bit too.. and fronts are rught up aginst fender, and again, no rubbing

the 205 and 215's you mentioned are the tire widths, so they have no effect on your wheel gap. i like the look of 205-45-16s, it won't have the smallest wheel gap possible however. if you want to make the gap smaller, you'll have more effect on that by getting bigger wheels or lowering car more, tires won't change it all that much. if you're set on making it smaller, i suggest doing the latter (16s are just right for integras).
