Default What spark plugs to run???

Well I have my motor finally built and got the tranny in a few weeks back, and now I am trying to get the little parts for the motor, check the sig for specs . My question today is which spark plug to run??

Now before anyone says please SEARCH, just want to let everyone know that I did. People list the NGK BKR7E-11 and the Autolite plugs, because of the higher compression. Also, read a post back about Rocket's Plugs that made a little bit more power. This car will be driven daily about 4 times a week, so with some good tuning and cold plugs, hopefully dont have to worry about detonation.

I really want to know what other people are running with there high compression motors.. Pls respond with recommendations and comments, no flaming though.

People have vouched for the NGK R5671A and the come in heat ranges 7-9, I have tried all 3 on mine, it really depends on your set up, injector size and fuel pressure and compression and timing, I personally use the #8s, the 9s were too rich and the 7s were OK but the 8s have worked out the best so far, I have s2s3 with 13:1 cr, hope this helps.

Since when are spark plugs too rich ?
lol

Just run BKR7E-N-11 & call it a day on all motor applications.

By running rich I meant the plugs were to cold which resulted in the fuel not being burned efficiently, when I tried the 7s they plugs ended up being a little bit on the white side and the 9s were too black so the 8s for me have been working out the best.
