Default ZC sohc Head or the D16Z6 vtec head

I have the 129 hp sohv jdm zc motor in my crx. I've herd people talk of minime type head swaps. The vtec head from the D16Z6 motor, but the D16Z6 motor is rated at 125 hp, is this head swap going to help the jdm sohc zc motor get more hp with vtec.

The sohc non vtec zc motor is not rated at 129 hp, it is the same motor as the a6 but it has a better cam. I think it is rated at 118(??) Next, adding a vtec head to your block will make around the same hp as a stock z6, maybe a little more becasue of the higher compression, but not much.
