ok first of all when u put new clutch in u shoul get the hole kit that includes raleas bearing, presure plate and friction disk, and while ur at it u should also put in a 8lbs lighten aluminum flywheel helps a lot,and it also depends on how much u wanna spend, clutchmaster is the best but also expensive, now if u want to get differnet stages that all depends what u have done to ur car,if all u have is little **** like intake headers cams etc, just get a stage one especially if u do a lot of city driving but if u have turbo or supercharger or plan on doing it u should get stage 3.i just bought a nippon stage 1 clutch cuz all i have is gsr with some mods,i aslo put lighten flywheel and trust me its much better.check ebay they have a lot of clutches and are pritty cheap too, cheaper than what ud get at perf. shop.
