Default General Cam tuning

Hey Guys, So I have been thinking about getting a set of cam gears, but I know i dont have the money to have someone tune my car on a dyno. Does anyone have a general idea of what a good setting for cam's is. I have a 96 Integra LS, intake, exhaust 4-2-1 header. This is a street only car, really looking for some basic gains in HP without a big hit to the MPG.

Agreed. Cam gears are pretty much a waste of money unless you're really good at tuning.

Why not get an adjustable nitrous setup so you can pretty much safely run it as mild or wild as you want to? There's no bigger bang for your buck.

Nitrous scares me....... and i just dont feel like forcing anything into the motor. So i guess i will just save up for some "street" cams and go from there.
