dying leathers?

Default dying leathers?

a friend of mine told me i could have his fairly new vanson race suit for really cheap money. usually i don't care about colors too much, but this things white. makes you look like the michelin marshmellow man. can you dye this stuff to make it look like it came black? thanks

I don't think you'd ever get it dark enough - maybe a gray or anthracite at best. Just buy the suit and pimp it in white. Or maybe add "sponsor" patches.

i'd be happy with a grey. but you do have a point, i may just end up doing that.

true. someday i will be "fast". but for now, i just go out everyday to try and improve my riding.

I know a guy who dyes leather and it comes out really nice, unfortunately I have no idea what he uses, I'll probably see him next weekend, I'll ask then.

My friend scored some cheap red boots and dyed them black. He said it was pretty easy.
