It's a direct bolt-on for H23s and F22s...but not H22s.

Hack it up and weld it back together. The ports don't line up as far as I know...as well as the bolt holes.

Okay, I said it the 1st time I saw him, and I'll say it again. He appears to be a rarity. H23 and H22 Exhaust ports are not even close. I spent a few hours with the wrong kind of DC header realizing this (on someone else's H22 accord). This guy has somthing special, probably in the manifold.

I have tried to line up the dsm mani to my h22 head and the ports line up but the holes are way off. I still don't know how he got it to bolt to the head.

I just modified basically all the holes on the dsm manifold. it's leaking as hell but i made 35 more whp and 63 more ft-lbs with a little *** 14b.

I had the DSM manifold along with my H22 and H23 head. I put the mani up against both. The holes had to be redrilled for the head studs on the H23, but the ports lined up perfectly.

The H22's ports didn't even come ******* close.....and the bolts didn't come close for the headstuds.

So to the guy that claims he did the DSM manifold on the on the H22 head: you're a ******* liar, or you're a ******* dumbass and only have like .5-.25 of the actual ports in the head coinciding with the ports in the manifold.

I can vouch for this setup too, it is what he claims

So he threw a ghetto-*** setup on his car where the ports aren't even lined up correctly. Cool beans!
