would this intercooler be too big for a small turbo setup? ie: td04 15g, td05, or t25/28?

 

Honestly, yes, it would probably be bigger than necessary for anything under 300whp.

We have a smaller 21x9x3" available for $199 + s/h, which would probably be a better choice.
