I'm thinking of getting a quieter exhaust....and am considering these two. lemme know what you guys think.

If you want the quietest you can get, get the Apexi, but I personally like the Tanabe better.

What's the difference between a *super* hyper medallion and a regular hyper medallion? Is it just weight?

What exhaust do you have right now?

 

I would buy an ITR muffler and have a muffler shop make a pipe. It should cost less than $200 total.

 

I love the sound of my WS. I got it for $375 cat back brand new and u cant' beat that price. Sounds a hell lot better than greddy or any others out there. It took me two years to find a nice catback and now I have to get rid of it because I am going with a diff setup due to motor changes. But for your application I would just keep what u have. The WS exhaust is good for just bolt ons. High comp/nos/turbo its too restrictive because its a dual chamber muffler and not straight through. But the sound of this exhaust is awesome.

I love the Apexi WS but just can't get my hands on one. Seems to be on back order for the ITR>

 

why would you change your ITR exhaust for a WS?

 

The super hyper medallion is made out of full stainless steel, and has 1.2 mm thick tubing....

 

5Zigen Fireball is the way to go.

dude...with your setup pretty much any performance exhaust(tanabe, apexi, etc.) is gonna sound pretty nice. As long as you dont get like a brospeed tip off your stock pipe(fartpipe) or like some ghetto *** cherry bomb muffler from pep boys, I'm pretty sure it will sound good. I got tanabe racing medallion and sounds kinda crappy below 4k...but after that, no comparison.

 

Or take a look at the Greedy Evolution,looks great has great ground clearnce,and doesn't have that tin fart can sound like most of the other exhaust do!!
