Hey, I was told that I couldn't make my 98 Lude a short shift....is this true?????????

 

dude, this is talked about alot, search it........

i dont know about making ure 98 lude a shorft shifter, but you def can put IN a short shifter......

you can do:
1. adapters
2 Cut it down,
3. Buy cheesy ebay things(IMO)
4. Lean racing full assembly shorft shifter (link below)

.......lean racing has put ordering for their shifters back up, it works great, ( i have it).....he is only one i know of that makes and sells them........he is taking orders last time i heard, check it out....again man...SEARCH

thanks! i'll look into that leanracing one....it's just that my boyfriend keeps making fun of me cuz he just made his integra a short shift BUT NOW!!!! I can tell him off....LOL

 

haha ure best bet, screw the short shifter and if ure a daddys girl talk ure pops into buying you some sort of forced induction, using stupid positives like improved gas mileage, and safier becuase ure car would be the more responsive....haha

then next time ure and ure boy go on a date, see which car he wants to take...

 

i believe you can also rig a Forbidden 4th gen short shifter + 4th gen shifter assembly with cables to a 5th gen and it works.
