Default Prothane Shifter Bushings

I just received some polyurethane shifter bushings for my '97 integra. The part is ordered is correct but the label on the package said it was for the 85-87 civic. They said it was the same but I'm not sure. Does anyone know the difference between them. I have two pieces, a donut shaped piece and a rectangular block piece. I just wanted to know before I exhange them. If anyone has installed short shifters/bushings do I have the right one? Thanks.

If this is the EXACT picture of what the integra bushings look like, then that's what I don't have. My donut shaped bushing has a bigger hole. Is this the integra bushings?

The donut one on mine doesn't have or need a metal sleeve, otherwise it looks identical to mine.
