greddy evo + wings west rs = scrape?
so does the greddy evo/evo2 exhaust with the wings west rs rear lip scrape together? if so how bad? anyone have a pic of this combo of decent detail? thanks in advance.
In my 4th gen, it is something I have been battling for a while. It's a pain in the *** for sure, cuz it does touch/melts my paint/ holds my lip up, while the other ends lower naturally so it looks crooked...
hey man i scrape sometimes with my OEM kit and exhaust, so im 100% your gonna face problems on the streets with that front lip man.
one of my buddies lost a greddy front lip actually, but the lude was slammed.

shouldnt. i have the oem rear lip with evo2 no problems (melting paint, scraping). although wings west lip hangs slightly lower, i dont think you will have a problem.

i use to have a greddy pe (older version of evo) and it cleared my rear lip barely. it did melt a little bit, but with the evo2 especially, you shouldn't have a problem.
Instead of makin a new thread for a question involving my exhaust, I'll tac it onto here.
Does the EVO suppose to sit slightly to the left in the stock bumper cutout? like such:

wow, that looks kinda weird but thats the best i can do cause i dont have a real pic, hah. cause my evo seems slightly off, not much, just when you look at it directly under the current stock black lip. i intend to go with an OEM or WW RS kit and dont want this to cause a problem.
i hope someone will understand what i mean by that gayass drawing up top.

I know a few people with the WS RS kit that also have the evo and both of them scrape. I met up with some of them in a streetracing.org meet in Union City Ca on Friday and asked them if it'll melt it. They said so far it hasn't. Well some people here said it shouldn't be a problem, but IM also sure that for some people it does touch, one of them has it touching so badly that it can hold the rear lip up on that side. So I guess you just have to try and see for yourself since people will say yes and no to this question and both answers being true in their own situation.
i've got the rs kit with greddy evo. i've had this setup for about a year and i've never scraped at all. the tip is about 1 cm away from the lip and hasnt burned it.
kinda hard to see but...
