Default Need Help!!! Block Related with plugs on a B18A

Got my block back from resleeving by GE and noticed it didn't have the plugs in the transmission and t-belt side of my motor, well GE hooked me up with replacements but I have no idea what to torque these to. Its a B18A but noticed B18B's use the same style plugs. The Helms has nothing about this either, any help you can offer will be appreciated.

You might be able to use the washer that acura/honda provides for the front coolant drainage plug.

Honda/Acura part number 90401-pr4-000

Also, I highly recommend you use a liquid thread sealer on all your plugs to prevent small leaks.

Does anyone happen to know if part#3 in this image is the same as the B18/B16's oil gulley plugs and if so can I use part 17 as the washer I'm missing.?Every single pic I find doesn't list it as a seperate part.
This is an image from a 03 SI with the K block.

Ok it is the same washer as said above. PN# 90401-PR4-000 so would assume the parts listed above would be correct. Yippee finally have this issue solved. Going to order parts tomorrow. Thanks again...
