The bottom-end setup is:
95 B18C1 GSR
Modified oiling system
Darton M.I.D sleeves
Wiseco Flat-top coated pistons - 9.7:1 compression
Carrillo H-beam connecting rods
Lightened, knifedged and balanced crankshaft
Cyrogenically treated pistons, rods and crank
New bearings and seals
How did you get that '95 GSR block so clean? My '00 block was hot tanked many times and doesnt look anything like that!

You have to hot tank it in Canadian water.
Looks sick.
What kind of car is this going in?

Well Cesar at Mississauga Engines modifies the stock pumps for more pressure or something and also makes them stronger since they like to break, he also cleans up all the passages in the block.
I have no idea how much it's all costing me yet since I didn't get billed yet.

Thanks. I won't have any numbers for awhile since I have to finish the car first. The car is getting repainted and restored still. The turbo I'm running is a T04R from Cheapturbo.Com, it's a .82 T3 exhaust, with a .70 67-1 intake side.
Thats right, bead blasted....bringd out the aluminum. I'm still going to paint the motor gunmetal though.

NO WAY! I'm going to use a full standalone for this. It's alot more flexible...the processing speed is alot higher. And there is more features. I wouldnt use piggybacks or chips to run this. I just spent over 10,000 on the motor why would I put in $500 management???
The block is done but I still have alot of hours to invest in the cylinder head.

Nice bottomend
I believe its called "shimming the oil pump" right? I had it done a few years back to a H23 i built. Ups the Oil pressure

did you crio the piston's after the coating or before i think if you coat after crio the heat would effect the crio, correct me if i'm wrong.
