aem intake and stock filter compare?

aem intake and stock filter compare?
I have a 93lude vtec and it's eating a whole lot of gas when i drive to work. I had a stock air filter and if i should buy an aem intake filter, should it help save more gas or it's still the same??

You will drive more aggressively to hear the thing roar and hence have worse gas mileage. If you get a CAI, then you will gas harder to make up for the low end losses and also have worse gas mileage. If mileage is a concern, stop here and do not continue to mod your car.

actually i wanted a intake but i already experience with the roar sound and all but i jus wanted to have something that help reduce mileage..
