Default 90 civic hatch wont start

Hey this is a fresh b16a1 engine that has been sucessfully dropped into my civic, well almost succesfully i am getting a code 16- which isn't really my problem.
My problem, a complicated one, is there are no wires in the c3 and c4 conncectors which should be for tdc sensors. the reason there are no c3 c4 is because they were moved to the c1 c2 after testing for continuity and finding they lead to the Crank angle sensor. Anyone know what wires should go here(c3, c4) ?

Does any one know if this would cause a code 16(fuel inj. problem) or am i a long long way from this journey being over?

Default Re: (mike_belben@yahoo.com)

ok I have an obd-0 with the
c3 orange/blue wire going to c1 and the
c4 white/blue wire going to c2. If these wires do infact go to their origanal places what wires go to c1, c2.
I moved the original c1,c2 wires
The orange/c1 wire now goes to b10
the white/c2 to b12
thanks
