Default Pics project "Boosted EM1"

Well, here's some quick pics of Project Boosted EM1. It was starting to get dark so the pics aren't the greatest. For you bodykit haters.....zip it.

What intercooler? Painted with high temp flat black

Autometer Cobalt series Boost, Oil, Fuel and Egt gauges

I found this and thought it was fitting.

Engine bay shot. Dirty, I know. Cleaning this weekend

Hair Dryer with mesh (waiting on my slim fans so I have room to run a filter)

My EGT probe sticks in through the internal wastegate hole of the turbo. I just drilled and threaded the exhaust flange

Oil return fitting welded into the pan with high temp black paint to stop rust

Tial BOV. The other silver thing is my compressor for my air horn you can see there too.

My jerry rigged injector clips. Had to put the stock injectors back in after learning my stock ECU can't handle RC 550's . Instead of soldering I just put those connectors on. Work good so far. Replacing stockers with the 550's tomorrow though (have a chipped P72 running Uberdata now)

AEM FPR and rail

Golden Eagle vacuum manifold (I LOVE this thing)

2.5" exhaust. Notice no muffler. (Magnaflow 2.5" is in the mail) The stupid red light is needed because of portuguese law.

nice setup..but i would recommend a full size filter..

my mesh screen filter stuff gave me slower spool up time vs. full size filter

No numbers yet. I'm on a damn 8x11 island in the middle of the atlantic. The closest dyno is about 2200 miles west of here. I'm uberdata'ing it for now to keep her running safe. But she will spin 1st, 2nd and chirp 3rd without any problem.

Do you get people asking you questions like...
"if you were on an island and could pick one thing what would it be?"

I dont get why you would paint the intercooler black to "hide it", but then put a turbo badge on the back!?!?!!?!?

nice motor by the way
