Default White smoke on a rebuilt turbo?!

Well I have white smoke constantly coming from behind the intake manifold and exhaust manifold. The turbo was just rebuilt. Is this normal for a rebuilt turbo? I took it for a drive and as I rev it up higher, more white smoke comes out of my exhaust.

My car never did this before until I put this turbo on. Any ideas?

check your charge pipe to see if there's oil. It's not suppose to smoke at all.

water cooled turbo? white smoke 'usually' implies coolant being burnt.
