NEED HELP PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hey guys i have a 91 civic si and when i went to start it today in the morning ,and instead of turning over it made a clicking noise repeatedly and would not start ? any advice will help
Many reasons are possible. Try push starting it. If it does start, its your starter thats toast. Before replacing make sure you clean your terminals on your battery, and make sure the pos(+) and neg(-) terminals [BOLD]ON THE STARTER[/BOLD] are on. They can sometimes pop loose. But my guess is the starter, until you get a new 1, you have to push start that bish~ - Darrell
btw, I have 1 for a 91 Si thats in decent shape ill give ya if you pick it up.

since it is making a clicking noise, it can only be a
1) bad starter --very likely 9 times out of 10
2) dead battery-- so if your headlights come on bright and all your accessories work then it is your starter
you can hit it lightly with something hard (i use a hammer) and it should work a few times with doing that
