what parts are required for a lowering suspension, can i just get springs and put them on the stock shocks, what part are required/most inexpensive, not cheap cuz they'll suck, just wanna drop the car a bit lower than stock

 

If you are just going to lower it with springs then nothing else besides adjustable arms are going to be needed. And maybe a spring compressor.
