Oil Catch Can install???
People say that when you install a catch can you disconnecet the hose that come out of the black thing (pvc?) into the intake manifold, black thing(pvc?) to catch can to intake manifold?
Is this the hose???
Is this the hose???
no that is a coolant hose from the throttle body to the IACV.
the hose you want it attatched directly to the PCV valve. you should be able to see it from the front of the intake manifold.

hehe.. yup i don't think you want to disconnect that hose...
hehe.. it is like the person above said a coolant hose from your throttle body to your IACV... your car will have weird idle and shoot coolant if that hose is disconnected...hehe...
BTW, I think you are looking for that PCV hose on the IM manifold, that should be the one you are looking for.

Wait, no, that looks like a valve cover breather to me.
Look just below the valve cover breather--- there's a hose from the intake manifold to a plastic 90 degree fitting that should be your PCV valve, which attaches to a tube (below the intake manifold) to the crankcase.

on that b18b1 the red circled is the pcv hose. the barb upperleft of the oil cap is the breather hose. you can go off either of those, but you'll need vacuum off the intake manifold.

What if i just put the catch can in the middle of the red line. Valve cover-->Catch Can--> Intake manifold?
