i can understand the appeal of the DIY factor, but painting isn't one of those things i would recommend.
you might have a decent spray gun, but can the compressor keep up with it? if you lose pressure, you lose quality on the spray.
automotive paints are pretty easy to find. PPG, BASF, house of kolor, etc. are all OEM or better qualty. your local yellow pages would be the place to look (automotive paint). internet too.
you're also going to need primer and an adhesion enhancement if the piece is plastic. you will need thinner/reducer, filters, sand paper, ventilation, respirator etc.
i know these are smaller pieces, but it's going to need multiple coats to do it right, plus a little more for you to practice with to prevent runs, orange peel, fish eyes, etc.
i'm not trying to scare you, but you're obviously paying a lot for the piece (front lip). if it's painted incorrectly, it's going to stick out like a sore thumb and will cost you more $.
some things are better left to professionals, especially when appearance is involved.

Me and my friends painted my car, but it didn't turn out too well. The big thing we did wrong was mix the clear with the base coat(color), so don't do that. Other than that, just do it in a room thats well sealed and has a constant air flow. It shouldn't be that hard to paint those small pieces, but matching the color may be a bit difficult.
