99 TYPE SH SWITCHING MOTOR & TRANS TO OBDI SETUP
Are you swapping a 4th gen or JDM motor? The TDC has always read off the distributor, it's only the CKP that moved to the crnak for OBDII
Either:
-OBDI distributor
-cut at rewire OBDI dist plugs, pulling CKP wires back to dist (CKP is in the dist OBD1
-OBDII->Conversion Harness
- OBDI P13 ecu
or
- Swap OBDII distributor off SH to motor
- Swap OBDII oil pump and CKP sensor off SH to motor
- Swap Balancer Belt and Timing Belt gears off crank
- no change to wiring harnes
- OBDII P5M (aka non-SH) ecu

I pulled the wires back to the dist for the ckp & tdc the tdc is read of the crank the only thing that reads of the dist is the cyp it's all wired but it won't let me rev past 3k

no it's doesn't...the TDC is at the dist on both models
are you using a conversion harness and an ecu? what ecu?

So what 2 sensors read of the crank then, my service manual shows them reading of they crank and the wire colors match each sensor in the wiring diagrams, and I'am just running the stock 99 sh ecu no harness adapters
