ITB's have better isolation so you'll make more power every where.
A manifold can make the same peak power but will have a hard time making the same midrange.
On dyno runs starting from a low rpm, ITB's will wax a manifold day in and day out.

You need to tell us where your desired powerband is going to be.. The jg sheetmetal will carry power out farther. My ported skunk peaked 800-1000 rpm before the jg but since it (jg)carried the power longer I was making 10+ more whp at 8700
im looking for what would be the best for a daily driver, i am not intrested in a dyno queen, just power thats usable and i want the most power i can get to make this bitch fast and still good for low rpms , i think rocket best anwsered my question itbs are sounding like the way to go
Well I hadent answed yet, I asked for more info

Itb's and daily driver arent the best combo so I dont feel Rocket answered it best..

Hmmm, for a daily driver? a Ported "ITR Style" Intake Manifold.
Especially if your using smaller cams.

I forget that you guys dont get winter and road salt.. filters or not you will have issues with the itbs unless you run some sort of fast idle controll and iac.

read about neptune, its pretty craszy how well you can tune things, MUCH better then hondata

Dude you have contradicted eveything you have posted.
First you ask about whats the best Manifold and we give you some info and you disregard it when robert mentions ITB's , which is not a manifold. Then I back up the info I have to give with what it will do for yor powerband and you make some comment about not being a dyno queen and useable power. Your telling me that if you can carry your power an extra 800 rpm it isnt useable..and its for a daily driver, then I give you some suggestions for itb's if your going to daily drive them and you change your story to<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by jason bouchard »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">

Hence NOT a daily driver..

im still looking at a set of hyabusa itbs that will have great flow for a 2.0 and its gonna run me l8ike 400 or so , nd no extra money to tune them

so typical... why did you even bother opening a thread if you already made up your mind? And yess... as the name says: Hayabusa ITB'S means, ITB's made for a HAYABUSA... if you got the ***** for itb's.. do it the right way.
