I have the complete Prothane kit on my Sol, should be the same neverthelesss, love it but make sure you grease em up real good or you'll get lots of squeaks. Much crisper response is the best way to decribe it.

I have the full energy suspension kit on my 95 ex. They added more responsiveness and feedback of road conditions. They are definitely worth the effort. Like previously mentioned use lots of suspension grease. They do squeak and creak usually only on driveways and major bumps or dips but it’s not too loud. Torque all the bolts to factory spec, this is often overlooked and can make a difference in how much noise they produce.

I have ES bushings (99 ex mind you), and i love em. The car is much more responsive. Mine dont squeak alot, but apparently many other people's do, so be prepared for that.

Why only teins up front? :curious:

Oh yea i did the energy kit on my 93 civic hatch and the handleing was great. A little rougher on the bumps worth it though. Oh and plan on your lower shock to lower control arm bolt snapping. I bet the bolt is frozen to the bushing.
The head snapped right off and the bolts are like 14 bucks and i had to cut the bolt out leaving a bolt in the stock strut so i had to replace those too. which only made sense since you had to rip them apart for the upper shock bushings but man oh man what a terrible 5 days.
