found out realtime's rsx/tsx springrates
I was interested to see what kind of rates the team was running...and I remember seeing a topic concerning their rear springrates being as high as 3000lbs (might have been another board though but whatever)...well i emailed them and this is the response...from the sort of vague answer (which is very understandable) i don't see it as a threat to the team's secret or anything so here it goes for anyone that's interested...i know there have been several sites concerning the realtime dc5 integras but just some info if anyone wants to know
------
Good Morning
We generally run anywhere from 600- 1100 front to 900-1800 rear. Just
depends on each driver and track Thanks for your interest in our team.

I dunno anything else about their setup like swaybars and that stuff..but the rates are quite high as expected

I spoke to Pierre three years ago at Mid Ohio and he stated they were running 900/1800 on the old DC2's at the time. Not knowing much about FWD cars I was quite shocked at these rates. I also seem to recall that the sawy bar was something ridicoulous that looked like it was a large diameter pipe.

Jon - yes, used to be you could see pictures of the ITRs on realtime.vtec.net, which no longer works. The swaybar was impossibly large and penetrated the spare tire well as I recall.
--Karl, who wonders why people don't just weld the rear control arms in place...you'd save SO much money only having to buy Motons for the front...

My rates are between 400-700F and 600-900R.
It works pretty gud.
Really though, I think alot of the top level racers/teams choose to keep their exact tuning secrets....well, secret.
Those secrets are comprised of many hundreds of hours of testing and tuning, of which each hour has a $ amount associated with it. I imagine they would divulge all their "secrets".....for the right price.
That goes for drag racing, road racing and pretty much any "pro level" of racing.
